Return Policy

We are confident that Immunence provides the highest quality possible. However, if for any reason you’re not happy with your results, simply return your packet to us within 60 days of the purchase date.
Even if you’ve used it, we’ll send you a FULL refund of the product purchase price for all packets returned.
All returns must be made within 60 days (unless otherwise stated on the order page of the product you purchase) from the purchase date.
We are unable to process returns for liquidation sale items. We are unable to return shipping and handling fees associated with your purchase.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
