Juls’s go-to Daily Smoothie
With a heaped tablespoon of IMMUNENCE, this daily smoothie recipe packs a whopping 23% of all daily nutritional requirements!

Ingredients:
2 oranges – juiced or squeezed
1 lemon – juiced or squeezed
2 cups of raw spinach
4 or 5 stems of fresh parsley (swap for any fresh herb you like)
2 broccoli flowers (include some of the stem)
1 kiwi – peeled and chopped
1 banana – peeled and sliced
1 cup of mixed red berries (frozen or fresh)
2 tablespoons of rolled oats
50ml of a plant-based milk with calcium
3 measured tablespoons of IMMUNENCE
Method:
Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes:
If the recipe comes out a little thick, add some coconut water (for electrolytes), extra orange juice or a bit more milk until you get a nice ‘milkshake’ type consistency.
