Jose’s Sweet Tooth IMMUNENCE Delight
Our Jose has a terrible sweet tooth and although he eats lots of veg with his meals, I’ve given up trying to get him to put raw veg in his daily juice or smoothie. This simple smoothie recipe is a great compromise and accordingly would also work very well for kids.

Time to prepare: 10 minutes.
Tools: Blender
Ingredients:
2 oranges – juiced or squeezed
1 kiwi – peeled and chopped
1 banana – peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons of rolled oats
50ml of a plant-based milk with calcium
1 teaspoon of natural raw honey (optional)
2 tablespoons of IMMUNENCE
Method:
Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
