THE BEST VEGAN RED BERRY

ICE CREAM EVER!

Now that the warmer temperatures are upon us, it’s so satisfying to have icy treat during the hottest hours. Unfortunately, normal ice-cream is packed with empty calories and is terrible for our arteries, heart and overall health. This decadent vegan alternative is utterly delicious and SO healthy, you can actually have it for breakfast!!!

Servings: 10
Time to prepare: 15 minutes.
Tools: Food processor, freezer & baking tray

Ingredients:

5 very ripe bananas
1-2 cups of fresh strawberries, halved
½ to 1 cup of fresh cherries, pip removed
2 tsps. of vanilla extract
1 tsp of date syrup or agave syrup
½ cup of plant-based milk
1 tablespoon of IMMUNENCE

Method:

Slice the bananas, place them on a baking tray and freeze them overnight.
Once frozen, add banana slices to the food processor with all the other ingredients and mix until smooth.
Serve immediately or freeze.
If freezing. Remove from freezer about 5-10 minutes before serving.
