Yorkshire Red Berry Milkshake

 

This recipe was recommended by a good friend of mine in the UK. She doesn’t have much time, so she whizzes up enough ingredients for 3 days in her soup maker and stores in the fridge in a big bottle. Then she just pours and adds a spoon of IMMUNENCE

Servings: 1
Time to prepare: 10 minutes.
Tools: Blender

Ingredients:
1 glass of oat milk
1 banana, peeled and sliced
Handful of blueberries or raspberries
1 tablespoon of IMMUNENCE

Method:
Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
